2. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
3. Our Products
INFLOW is a food supplement and is not a medicine.
It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Please follow the product label, including the recommended daily intake, ingredients, allergen information and warnings.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.
Individual results may vary.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from our website.
Products are intended for personal use only and must not be resold without our written permission.
5. Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
The contract between you and Lyvetic is formed when we confirm that your order has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to cancel an order where there is a genuine reason, including stock availability, pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.
6. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP unless otherwise stated.
The total price, including applicable taxes, delivery charges and any mandatory fees, will be shown before you complete your purchase.
We do not operate subscriptions unless clearly stated at the time of purchase.
7. Delivery
Available delivery options, estimated delivery times and applicable charges are displayed at checkout.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person you have authorised to receive them.
8. Your Statutory Cancellation Rights
If you purchase online, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, contact us at support@lyvetic.com within the applicable cancellation period.
You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Where permitted by law, this right may not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory consumer rights.
9. Returns and Refunds
When exercising your statutory cancellation right, you are responsible for returning the goods unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect.
We will refund the purchase price and the cost of our standard delivery service.
We may deduct an amount where the value of the goods has been reduced through handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Refunds will normally be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been returned, whichever occurs first, subject to applicable law.
10. 60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary 60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
This guarantee allows one opened pot of INFLOW per order to be eligible for a refund request within 60 days of purchase, subject to the terms of the guarantee published on our Shipping & Returns page.
This guarantee does not affect or replace your statutory consumer rights.
11. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If your goods arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@lyvetic.com as soon as reasonably possible.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
12. Promotions and Discounts
Promotional offers are subject to the terms stated at the time of the promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, offers are available while stocks last and cannot be combined with other promotions.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or promotional errors.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on the Lyvetic website, including trademarks, logos, images, text, graphics and designs, belongs to Lyvetic or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
14. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
We are not responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been anticipated or that result from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
15. Privacy and Cookies
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

The version applicable to your order is the version in force when you place your order.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
20. No Waiver
If we do not immediately enforce a right under these Terms, this does not mean that we have waived that right.
21. Third-Party Rights
No person other than you and Lyvetic has the right to enforce these Terms, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
